Why Should I Even Hire Someone to mount my TV?

Well there are alot of different answers but that i would like to get to but the first one woul d have to be why do we hire anyone to do anything? They are professionals, they have alot more experience in problem solving in the field.Ie: Is this a support beam or if I cut it out will my ceiling collapse? What do I do If my bracket isn’t as wide as the studs? What sort of bracket should I use? Will this TV even fit where I want it?

Now I understand on the surface level that tv mounting can seem simple but if you don’t have a deep scanner, you could easily end up with a fire or plumbing issue. On average a TV mounting costs about 150-400 dollars depending on the work required. Now would you rather spend 300? or 1,000 on your insurance deductible.

Last but not least and this is probably the one I run into the most is the piece of mind factor. I don’t have to worry about it coming off the wall and breaking or even more seriously injuring someone.
